After receiving your e-Voucher (which you will receive immediately via email after placing your order), you may use the e-Voucher immediately after for placing your booking for any eligible experience offer available on the platform. Alternatively, if using it as a gift, your recipient may also complete their booking, at their leisure.
No, e-vouchers don’t expire on our platform. However, sometimes, individual experience offers are retired from the website (e.g. a vendor may remove their experience offer during off-season or entirely). In cases where a booking option isn’t available for a particular experience offer, you can simply exchange it for a current offer and make your booking with the e-voucher you received (essentially used as store credit) by booking directly on the platform.
You have up to 30 days to return for a full refund no-questions-asked.
After that timeframe, your order falls under our exchange policy in which you may exchange the e-Voucher to use on any available offers by booking directly from our platform (used as store credit).
