At the front of the property is a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with a sandy beach and an outdoor living space. , The place is surrounded by gorgeous limestone boulders. Excellent for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and fishing.

While there is no indoor plumbing in the treehouse, there is a charming wooden outhouse towards the bottom of the treehouse stairs. It has a contemporary composting toilet (Nature’s Head).
The tree home is located deep in the woods, which have been developed with trails for your enjoyment. A map will help you find your way and see all the trails to explore. You are also welcome to visit the lake and relax in the covered outdoor space with lounge chairs, a television, and couches. It’s a great area to watch a movie, play a game, or sit and watch the rain (or snow!) fall on the lake.
